Our client is looking for a Project Business Analyst IT. You will work in an agile, customer centric and collaborative team, working with a range of business and technical stakeholders to deliver outcomes and value for our customers. You will apply the necessary business analysis skills, techniques and activities to understand, validate, synthesise, and articulate problems, opportunities, requirements, options and solutions. You will have the opportunity to share your knowledge grow those around you whilst also applying your natural eye on identifying opportunities to deliver continuous improvement to ensure that we continuously delivery customer centric benefits. To be successful in this role, you will bring the following:
- At least 5 years’ experience as a Business Analyst and currently operating at Senior Business Analyst level
- Well developed technology domain knowledge required
- Analytical skills while being highly organised and adaptable
- Positive can do attitude and an excellent communicator both written, verbal and visual
- Problem solver, critical thinker, agile thinker with 1-2 years practical agile experience
- Experience in the creation of user stories, acceptance criteria and specification by example
- Natural ability to build relationships with stakeholders within the business and technology
- Understanding of basic business process automation concepts will be advantageous.
The location of the role is in Auckland.
