Our client is looking for a Senior Finance Business Analyst. In your new role as their Business Performance Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the reporting systems utilised meet the requirements of both Group and the Business Units that Group supports. Your role will be to ensure effective and efficient financial performance reporting solutions for the Group Performance and Planning team and commercial teams across the business.

You will have a background in either Finance or IT, with proven experience in translating from business requirements into technical IT language and ensuring alignment on priorities. As well as a natural ability for reporting and strong influencing abilities, your confidence in delivering presentations and to a diverse group of stakeholders across the business will be essential.

• Confident approach to your work, with strong presentation skills
• Great level of attention to detail and organisational skills
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills
• Proven report writing skills
• Advanced level of SAP and Excel, and an understanding of reporting systems such as HFM, Business Objects or Tableau.

The location of the role is in Auckland or Hamilton.
