Our client is looking for a SAAS Solutions Consultants. As the Solutions Consultant you will be highly results orientated with a strong business acumen. You will have proven experience in Business Analysis and/or configuring SaaS / Cloud solutions. Whilst you may not be highly technical, you have a good enough understanding of the concepts of SaaS software solutions that allows you to effectively translate business requirements and train Super users. You are an experienced Solutions Consultant who enjoys being client facing, is ambitious and energetic, and is confident in dealing with senior level management. You are known as a strong team player, effective contributor and good communicator who thrives working in a relaxed, yet hardworking environment. Key responsibilities will include:
- Working with clients to capture business requirements
- Configuration of Cloud solution to meet clients requirements
- Workshop facilitation
- Training of Super Users
- Oversight of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) performed by customers
- Post implementation support.
The location of the role is in Sydney.
