Our client is looking for an ICT Support. This newly created position is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to join our highly regarded team in a fast paced and stimulating environment. This important role would suit a high calibre individual with excellent people skills and a pragmatic “can-do” approach. Key responsibilities of this challenging and rewarding role include:
- Responding to queries via phone or email
- Troubleshooting and diagnosing technical problems
- Resolving problems with desktops, servers, networks, and other computer systems
- Performing proactive maintenance
- Following up with clients to ensure full resolution of issues
- Requesting feedback and/or monitoring calls and other methods of correspondence to improve training methods
- Writing, editing, and revising training manuals for new and updated software and hardware.
The location of the role is in Sydney.
