Our client is looking for an Innovations Product Owner to ensure that new innovative products are designed and delivered to meet customer need and deliver on the product vision. You will be responsible for delivering high quality analysis and designing solutions to support the end-to-end innovation process from idea through incubated proposition in market, through fully scaled proposition. You will work closely with Associate Director, Innovations to ensure incubated propositions are implemented to address key design hypotheses, while working with key stakeholders to ensure key considerations to scale propositions are clearly understood. The ideal candidate will have:
- 5+ years of Financial Services (or equivalent) experience in relevant business analysis, project or technology delivery environment
- A passion for solving real customer problems, with experience conducting analysis using various methodologies in order to develop insight and recommendations, eliciting business requirements based on business and customer need from quantitative and qualitative data
- Experience in conducting financial and commercial analysis and business case development
- Experience working within an Agile software development environment and Human Centred design
- Advanced analytical skills to assess and design complex software systems and processes
- Ability to think broadly and draw on personal experience to scope and conduct analysis work
- Ability to work with structured and unstructured data and perform robust analysis in order to draw insight and drive decision making
- Outstanding ability to communicate and manage internal and external stakeholders.
The location of the role is in Auckland.
