Our client is looking for an IT Operations Manager. About The Role:
- Core role – End to end delivery of high quality, reliable, efficient, and effective IT Services supporting our Core Business Operations
- Develop and Implement Company Apps
- Designated areas of responsibility may include one or more of the following Services: Network, Telecommunications, Voice, Mobility, Central Computing, Storage and Servers, SQL, Messaging, Security and Cross Functional ITIL Services. The focus for this role is based on outcomes for both the Supplier and the user
- Monitor and report on the performance of IT services delivered through agreed metrics and KPIs
- Manage Vendor relationships including contract negotiations, financial tracking, and review of overall performance metrics to ensure our contract service levels are met
- Develop and manage the relationship between IT and relevant business stakeholders including action and continuous service delivers improvement plans
- Manage escalations 24/7 to ensure the tight responses are in place for any issues that occur
- Manage major incidents to ensure appropriate technical management and customer engagement / communications
- Influence and negotiate a broad group of stakeholders and manage various expectations and priorities.
The location of the role is in Sydney.
