Our client is looking for a Product Manager. Their Product Managers engage closely with internal stakeholders to make sound business decisions and develop product strategies that ensure long term sustainability and success.
In the execution of the strategy, the Product Manager leads and motivates cross-functional teams to ensure user and market needs are exceeded. This role works closely with Software Engineering teams and also engages with Marketing, Public Relations and Member Support to build and enhance products from existing ideas, and help develop new concepts based on industry research and the needs of users and prospects. Key responsibilities in this role include:
- Inspire, drive and motivate indirect reports within scrum team by being an open, authentic and genuine self-motivated leader who is visionary, action-oriented and energised by winning as a team
- Drive and manage the end to end product life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities
- Prepare, maintain, and evangelize their current and future product roadmap which defines product enhancements for short- and long-term releases, based on business opportunities and market research
- Transform business and market strategies into do-able, defined product plans by collaborating with cross-functional teams for every stage of product development
- Regularly groom and manage the product backlog into strategically prioritised deliverables.
The location of the role is in Sydney.
