Our client in Auckland needs a senior IT Business Analyst to start soon. You must have good references in New Zealand from managers, colleagues and clients and have worked in New Zealand as a business analyst for at least 4 years.
You will need to have proven yourself as a business analyst, be energetic, and have a history of delivering great results. Your experience of working with teams in a range of development and delivery projects and be able to understand business systems and interact well with people is important.
The ability to engage with and present ideas and information to a range of audiences is also important. It is essential that you are customer and community focused and are a problem solver.

Key qualifications and skills:
- Polished English language verbal and written communication skills
- A New Zealand university qualification and at least 4-years’ experience in New Zealand
- Experience using a variety of methodologies including Agile
- Excellent relationship building skills across a diversity of cultures, with the ability to solve problems and influence outcomes
- Sound understanding and experience in eliciting requirements, requirements analysis, expectation management, data mapping and conceptual data model design
- Demonstrated ability to understand, analyse and communicate complex business data requirements and solutions
- You must have experience in business process change, software development, virtual workplace solutions, data management, complex data analysis, and business intelligence. Ability with data warehousing, and reporting projects will also be beneficial.
- Experience in a consulting environment a bonus.
The location of the role is in Auckland.
