Our client is looking for a Support Analyst. Areas of accountability include:
- Support for IT Payments Systems and Services
- Supporting QA and Implementation teams
- Management of Incident, Problem and Change activities assigned to the IT Payments Payments Platforms
- Management of IT Payments Payments Platforms forward schedule of events to ensure BAU, application security patching and Project activities are delivered on time
- Provides Subject Matter Expertise to Projects and Development teams on design and end state solutions
- Provides Subject Matter Expertise on User Acceptance testing for new or changed services supported by the team
- Supports and provides resources to Project Handover activities to support teams
- Potentially form part of a 24×7 on call roster as Primary or Secondary support.
The location of the role is in Sydney.
