Our client is looking for a Training Lead. You will be reporting to the ERP Programme Business Change Lead and play a key role in their strategic ERP replacement project – which will migrate their core business functions from a legacy SAP system to a new MS Dynamics Finance & Operations platform. The role will be responsible for:
- Liaising with business owners and process leads to clarify training needs
- Training material and collateral development e.g., documentation, videos, ‘how to guides’, system walk throughs
- Training schedule development
- Delivering training to other trainers or end users as required
- Continuous improvement – conducting training evaluations, seeking feedback and amending training materials and approach in an agile, iterative way.
The location of the role is in Auckland, Wellington.
