Our client is looking for a Partner Program Manager. The Program Manager must drive scale of the initiative across a diverse Partner base, a growing team, and large group of internal stakeholders. This is an exciting opportunity for a program manager to join a globally diverse team, assisting a large set of strategic partners along their cloud transformation journey. Job responsibilities:
- Maintains an overall governance of the partner Portfolio, supporting critical relationships with our internal stakeholders
- Coordinates and manages key stakeholders across AWS, ensuring consistent and clear reports are delivered to the leadership team, enabling the ability to easily audit the results of the overall engagement
- Creates and maintains all program management assets (Workdocs, PMO tool, Analytics Dashboard)
- Building and maintaining relationship with counterpart teams and internal stakeholders
- Produce and maintain regular business review narrative for the initiative
- Build and continuously improve a library of assets and templates in support of all functions across an engagement
- Serves as an authority on partner project issues to business managers, and other project/program managers
- Evaluate existing processes to support the expansion of virtual operations in multiple global locations
- Identify key program risks early on in the delivery, and establish areas of mitigation where possible
- Recommend improvements to the way projects/programs are scoped, built, tested and deployed across the organization
- Understand the needs and objectives of a variety of roles within the team and the larger organization
- Operate with significant autonomy and discretion and properly prioritize competing projects across departments
- Ability to make decisions guided by policies, procedures and business plan with limited guidance
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with team members and audiences of all levels.
The location of the role is in Fort Worth.
